Default Regarding Re-Barreling

Is it common practise for a gun smith in making a new barrel to RETRUE the Receiver / Bolt-Front Nose / Recoil lug - Front & back to except a New Barrel . (Or IS this a added request for this to be done) . Chamfering chamber Edge / Coning to assist in feeding & not marking up brass is part of the process in barrels but just wondering on the above . Thanks
