We are headed to Cancun in April, my son and I have booked an 8hr trip to hopefully catch sailfish. I'm pretty optimistic we will have a great day so I'd like to be prepared with my gratuity. Besides throwing some good ol hard earned Alberta cash (US dollars lol) their way, I'd like to add a little something more memorable, more Canadian. Any thoughts or suggestions?
