!!Help!!Auto theft insurance advice!

Long story short, my vehicle was stolen! It was recovered and appeared undamaged, theif(s) acquired my keys, so I had put in a claim threw my insurance to change out the ignition, they have been great, but upon getting it back today, I noticed a rattling noise in what appears to be my front drive train area, but only while I'm in gear, what should a guy do, is my claim closed, because I got my vehicle back? Has anyone ever been faced with this type of experience, and if so, what was the outcome. Vehicle is a mint condition '02 Nissan Xterra!
