Default Trucking/fishing adventure

Was able to take a working holiday this past weekend, loaded emulsion for Creston BC on Friday afternoon and didn't have to deliver until Monday morning so off I went with my fly gear and the Kenworth hotel. First stop was the Moyie river, lots of eager rainbows ready to take a dry fly, this was a nice easy river to fish with lots of slow moving water and a pool around almost every bend. I caught the odd small cuttie but mostly rainbows of various sizes. Here are a few pics.

Next stop was the Goat River, this River was a challenge for me, fast moving water and a little sketchy to wade in many areas, every fish I caught I had to work hard for. Some of the cutties were almost a white gold in color, very cool to see. The couple kms I fished was pretty much all fast moving pocket water, I was catching fish in water I really wouldn't normally even cast to, but had no choice here. By the time I was done with this River my casting rust was gone and my accuracy was pretty darn good. Thanks for looking
