So you have no problem waiting. Fair enough. I don't either. Eventually we'll get the opportunity.
But you hate to see someone foreign paying to shoot something every year if he/she chooses when you have to wait.
Or do you hate the outfitter for having the allocations more?

It is undeniable that the foreign guy gets more opportunity, but it comes at a price. You pay taxes every year and you live here so you should be entitled as much opportunity, he pays taxes in his country as well as the hunt cost and travel cost.
Each party pays for the opportunity in some way...
I really hope most guys are content with waiting for a long draw wait instead of increasing opportunity and humans doing what humans do best. Rape and pillage until it's gone lol
