Default brass resisizeing for a BPCR

I,m haveing some trouble wth my brass fitting, my chamber
I bought some starline brass from buffalo arms and when I run them through my dies i have no problem wth loading them in my chamber,i dont evan have to open the throat to seat the bullet
I also bought some norma basic brass and trimed them to exatly the same demensions of the starline brass, length & diameter
after running them through the dies and fire forming them they are still exactly the same as the starline brass, but when I size the throat to accept the bullet
I can only partialy open them and(to first grease groove) then have to use the bullet seater to push the bullet in (will this hurt the bullet flight) after pulling the bullet to check it it wasnt deformed at all,and i got perfect compression 1/16th if I size the throat fully to accept the bullet they wont fit the chamber as they get real tight & tend to want to jam, before they are in the chamber completly aproxamatly the length of the bullet
the only difference I can find, is that the norma brass is thicker than than the starline brass ,is this my problem????
what can i do to rectify this sitsation??
I am useing 45-110 (2 7/8") Sharps RCBS Legacy 3-Die Set
and its a pedersoli chambered in 45-110 2 7/8
I tryed trimming my norma brass .100 shorter and i got the same results
