Ministik Game Bird Sancuary Coyotes??

Im looking for a place East of Edmonton to hunt coyotes. I have a land ownership map and the first thing that I though of was the Ministic Lake sanctuary. Can a person hunt coyotes there with a rifle?? The regs seem to say that I can. If so, has anyone here been in there and offer some advice on access point, motorized Travel restrictions, etc?? Are there lots of other winter recreational users in there?
