I was thinking about going out for a spring bear but i already have a bear rug and don't want another and im pretty sure you have to use the cape but not sure about the meat? Its been a while since i have hunted bear and was looking for a refresher on the regs. If i don't have to use the meat and just have to take the cape is there somewhere where i can donate the cape so that it can be used?
