Anyone know where I can get some in Lethbridge?

Sorry I don't have an answer, but I have to ask what birch syrup is used for?

You put it on pancakes. I seen an episode if dragons den where the 2 lads from nfld were trying to market all kinds of birch products. They didn't get any money

And...you can make birch beer.

It is sooooo yummy...like rootbeer only better for you and...if you do it right it can pack a wallop!

Trapper Andrew (thewildnorth on youtube) has a video called "Wild Birch Syrup", got me curious to try it out for myself now (and the beer).

Sobeys sometimes sells it in individual cans.
Non ETOH of course but still tasty.
Looks like cream soda and tastes like a smoother form of rootbeer.
