That would be an awesome prize to win,i did a bit shooting with a bow,but my shoulder is not so good so I have to pass, but if not for that I would be there in heart beat, best of luck to the winner, some people think that is a lot of money,10 bucks a day for ten years,or hunt where you never get a chance at a trophy and waste a life time of money.

Is the distance on the tube known? Is it an unspecified location on a target and not allowed to see where in the target to aim?
I've only ever heard about these things and never seen one. I'm curious if anyone has ever locked out

The distance will be marked/knowen. You will also be able to see the tube clearly (white tube in a black target).

We will also have around $4000 in other prizes at the shoot! Hunter scoring,5 points for in the kill zone, -2 for a wound and a 0 for a miss. Range finders will be allowed. Perfect time to test your skills before the opening of hunting season.

Are we restricted to the hunter equipment to shoot the tube? Could you shoot the course with a hunting bow and then go in the novelty shoots with a target bow and scope?

The only restriction for the tube shoot is no lenzes or scopes. Everything else is good to go. All eqipment types are good to go for the shoot as well, but stabilzers over 12" and lenzes will put you in the open class.
