Time to jump on the bandwagon for me !! I've been trying to watch them for years but it's always been painful. Definitely an exciting time now.

Swept the Yanks and the Twins...
Hmmmm

I really don't know much about Baseball and the players. But didn't they make some monster trade 2 weeks ago?

I do follow where they are in the standings though.

Default good times

sports writers in the US are saying the only way to stop the Jays , "is to give them a day OFF " ... too funny ....3 game series and the yanks get ONE run , sweep ... ya baby

Yup. I'm definitely a bandwagon jumper here, I'll admit it. Usually could care less about baseball, but I've caught a bit of the fever.

I've played a lot of baseball and have been a fan all my life. This is not just an attitude that is winning these games. These are veteran players that are good players who know how to win. This is a very deep team offensively and defensively. They are good.

While there's no doubt the trades have improved the team, I see a big change in attitude on the team. Amazing what a " Can Do " approach will accomplish.

The Jays have always been my favorite team, but I can't remember this much excitement around them (granted I was 9 when they last made the playoffs and won the world series...). The bandwagon is filling up fast!

I had already watched more games this year than in prior years, and now it's damn near every game. Which doesn't make my wife real happy, but I'm pumped! This team seems to have something special going for it - a kind of swagger if you will. Meaningful baseball in August is something new, and I'll take it!!! This last month has been awesome and i can't wait for September and October

It's argued that the change in attitude was a result of the trades. Nonetheless, the new attitude is awesome to see and has been producing some entertaining baseball!

I bought my dad tickets for Father's Day as he lives in the GTA. Tried to buy a pair for the Boston game in July but they were sold out so I got him tickets for the Yankees game this coming weekend. I think I ended up with the better choice as he is going to see an exciting game! Tickets are in left outfield.

I follow baseball. The BJ's in my opinion are a lot like the Leafs. They have a fan base and winning isn't a priority. They whine about being a tough division. Last year at the all star break that division was up for grabs and they didn't make a move - content to miss the playoffs once again.

This year they made aggressive moves and I applaud them. These moves have already paid off. They aren't going for a wild card they want the division. Good for them, the fans deserve it.

If they stay healthy they could make some noise down the stetch.

Been a fan since a little kid when they won their World Series. Been a long wait for some excitement. Would be cool to see them win the thing again and sign Price for some long term success.

We're witnessing history. There may never be an offence this good in Toronto ever again. They aren't just beating teams- they're destroying them. All the so called aces of the other teams are being dismantled by these guys. It's a ton of fun to watch.

As far as being a fan of MLB goes, I've always been a fan of the Jays. I've been to a couple of games in TO, sure would be fun to be there now!

Hope they can keep it up.

I started really paying attention to the Blue Jays last season. It was the beginning of May, and Edwin was just starting his amazing home run streak. Fast forward to this year. I was questioning the trade of Lawrie for Donaldson, but didn't take long to see it was a smart trade. It was plain to see the Jays had potential, but just missing something. The trades for Too Low and price were brilliant...as well as getting another reliever and a good utility player. After the All-star break, they have been the best team in baseball. Stellar defense in the infield and outfield, plus the most potent offense. That last 3 game series in Oakland they scored 36 runs!!! Yesterday 15 runs in one game against the Tigers!
Hopefully this continues right through September and then they should be in the playoffs. Right now, they are the team to beat!
