This week I've been making eggs Benedict with sweet donair sauce instead of hollandaise.
It's good.
I've been using ham, but next time I have leftovers, I'm going to use donair meat.

I do love a good breakfast, Sunday morning, getting ready to watch some NFL football, poached eggs, crispy bacon, real fried potatoes in butter. Hot coffee and a little dip of amaretto.

Like many Men, I have had this same breakfast in the past, the last time resulted in quite an Argument with the GF as we were driving. She was adamant that Pizza was not an appropriate breakfast and seemed quite flustered that I did not share the same view point.

I always laugh that IncrediGirl will eat cold leftover pizza for breakfast. I just can’t do it.

And she laughs at me between bites while I pour milk over my bran buds.

My roommate would leave his pizza on top of the old tube type TV so it was warm for breakfast

Sunday is usually a nice breakfast / brunch, the last couple Sunday mornings it was an early rise for goose hunting then home for bacon, eggs, french toast and fruit salad at about 11:00 had my hunting buddies over.

I love Sunday brunches, used to have the kids and grandkids over but they are all busy lately, grandkids gone off to university and one is in Ontario playing junior hockey.
