Cute smile and green eyes, that one is going to give you some trouble in a few years.

I love the pics guys, hope to see more!! Nube, that weasel and martin your son is holding both look alive!

Here is a few of my boy out with me this year....

Edit ** Its crazy how much the kids age even over the course of the season...those rats were in December, and the yote in Feb, and in that time the little man lost his 2 top teeth and got glasses. Crazy, a person really has to enjoy every minute **

Lots of great pics guys. Thanks for sharing. Dave, what is the purpose of that cable attached to the muskrat that your daughter is working on?

That is the way that I secure and manipulate my rats to skin them. It is a device that dog groomers use to secure dogs that I picked up at a yard sale. I have a piece of para cord tied to the end and I slip a noose on one foot of the rat. It makes things easier to manage as I'm a clutz doing them on my lap. It's a nice comfortable setup. One day I'll get fancy and put a small chain on to use instead of that cord.

Pictured are 3 of my grandsons , whenever they come to visit they want to go check snares . The 3 year old with the coon claims to have his own trapline .
