Bow River? (near Dead Mans Flats)

Im going to be staying in dead man flatts for August long weekend and wouldnt mind wetting a line in the Bow.

I have never fished the Bow in this area before and am looking for a couple pointers if possible.

..I wont be bringing a tube or anything with me, just waders and most likely spinning tackle.

Any nice little holes in the area where I can spend a couple hours?
