AGS Annealer Product story
I recently purchased an AGS annealer. It was quickly shipped and arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the torch holder was not included in the box/packing material. I informed the manufacturer via email and included a photo.
I received a reply the next day and thankfully they agreed to send the missing part. They didnt have to trust that my word but they did. I am very impressed with thier service. We dont live in a perfect world but its nice to get a good resolution.
When the torch holder arrives and I have had a chance to test it I'll post a review.
