Default Hunting around Airdrie

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone knew landowners around Airdire. I have seen a number of deer and moose on some of the back roads. I know it is a bow only zone but it 5 min out my back door. Thanks for any tips that come.

Hi Flower, it is really hard to get permission around Airdrie in the bow zone. There are too many tree huggers! Try around Irrcana the folks out there seem to be alittle more friendly permission wise. Do you do any bird hunting as I live in Airdrie and have no one to go with from Airdrie and I like going after work for a couple of hours. E-mail back if you want to hook up.

Depending on how old your gun is you may or may not need to get the barrel "chalked". If it the newer style with the screw in choke you should be ok. What kind of gun is it??
