Facebook Buy/ Sell Help?

My better half lets me browse the local buy and sell groups on her phone and tonight I am having an issue.
It is supposed to be for buying/ selling ONLY but there is suddenly a bunch of stuff on there to do with the horse capture permits. (By strongly opposed individuals.)
I'm all for people having a place to voice their opinions, but the buy/ sell isn't the place.
Where or how does a person complain and maybe have this removed?

Top right hand corner of the post, directly across from posters name you'll see little v, click it and then click report/mark as spam.

No sir.
There are no little arrows or any kind of drop down menu that says "report" or "admin" that I can see?
This is on a phone so does that make it different?
