Default Check out my Hog

Hello all

I've been an observer here since I started with archery tackle a few years ago.
I really enjoy this forum and it's given me lots of insight into bowhunting. I've killed a few critters since I started but I'm so happy with the way my boar turned out that I wanted to share.

I got him early June this year and I got to give a big thanks to Darren at Solitude Taxidermy in Spruce Grove for a job so well done my wife let me hang him on the wall upstairs.

Good luck this season everybody.

The mount looks great!

Hunted or harvested?

I sure hope Agriculture stops the madness.

He was hunted, there are still a few around. I've shot a couple from a blind but that one was spot and stalk, took him at 38 yards.

Young sows are the best....old boars not so much.

Taken three to date with my son...now I am getting the bug again.
