Default Money Mart And T.D #Caution#

Scoop is....I have a money mart prepaid visa for my direct deposit and someone managed to pull $500 out of my account without my card at a T.D a.t.m.
I contacted money mart and they emailed me forms to start the investigation which will take 90-120 days? And the rep i talked to said they have a very low success rate and not to expect my money back.I then called t.d and was told sorry there is nothing we can do.They did not even want to hear about it

Money Mart is the one who is obligated to make good to you on this skimmed card. TD is not party to it. Money Mart should cancel your card, refund all prepaid balances or move it to a new card and give you back the missing 500. Do NOT let Money Mart off the hook. File an official complaint if you have to, they will pay up.

Ever see a wealthy & successful person walking into a Money Mart?
Me neither.

A bit ironic to not trust the banks, yet to do business at a place that charges desperate people even more service fees and loan interest as high as legally allowed......... I see those places in a similar vein as some people see liquor stores and casino's: preying on marginalized people and keeping them under their thumb.
