Unknown building

As I was passing thru the Hardisty area today on hiway 13 I noticed a very large complex on the east side of the hiway about 3 miles south of the tank farm.It is huge and I know one of the forum members will fill me in on what it is.Thanks in advance.

Rail loading facility. Crude. Going to expand to 3 times its current size in the next few years. Or so they say...........hehe
