Exclamation Childrens aid foundation of Canada- anyone heard of it?

Saw a commercial for them tonight, am thinking they may make an excellent PIF charity thread recipient this fall.

I don't know . They seem to be very well off financially, including rental income, their fund raising expenditure is well up there, compared to what they raise. Just wondering, exactly what do the do and what's the bang for the buck ?

Question

Is there some outfit, or organization that analyses and rates charities?
