Default Bushnell warranty

I have a bushnell trophy XLT bino's. The knob to adjust the focus no longer works. Heard a crack while adjusting them in the winter and the knob's now loose. I have no receipt. Garbage or?

Default Bushnell Warranty

You may want to try going on Bushnell website and get contact info. Give them a call and see what they say. I had a range finder go wonky and sent it to them. I didn't have a receipt or anything. They contacted me and told me there wasn't any hope for my poor range finder but offered me a replacement at a price much less than I could purchase instore. I've also had the odd part get lost or cracked on binos and they sent me the part at no cost. It's worth a try.

Default I meant "without" requiring a receipt

Canadian Tire replaced mine over the counter with requiring a receipt.

I meant without a receipt.

I bought a Simmons scope in 2007 or 2006 when they were still owned by Meade optics before they sold to Bushnell in 2009.

It drifted hard to the right (3 feet @ 100 yards) in the fall 0f 2012 for no apparent reason.

Sent it in to Bushnell and fixed at no charge, it still works.

Sounds like the exact same issue I had with my legend HD's. I sent them to Bushnell in November and they send you a post card back confirming receipt of the binos and they provide a repair number. You can go online to look for updates. I just noticed last week that it was updated to being repaired under warranty. I did not have a receipt and they were a couple of years old. Hoping I should get them back in the mail soon. I would give it a shot as you don't have much to loose with a useless pair of binos.

x2. All they can do is say no, but I've always had good luck with their warranty. Wasn't surprised though when they refused to replace my Elite after I fell and bent the tube severely. They did send a coupon though for a discount on a replacement.

They will fix them or replace them. Call bushnell canada. they will get you to fill out a form from the website to send them in with. They are good to deal with.

I've had good luck with the warranty as well . As long as there no signs of obvious abuse , you will probably get it fixed for free .

Default Bushnell

Currently I have a scope that's been in for repairs since February 7, and a range finder that's been in since December 1. They are slow to update your status.

I recommend this as well.....definitely contact them first.

I had a scope go bad on my November 2013 while out hunting. The magnification adjustment quit working. I contacted them in early Dec 2013, explained and the told me how to go about the repair process. I sent it in and a month or two later they sent me a new replacement of the exact same model.

But it's always good to talk to them first so you know what you're dealing with.

I sent one in about 3 weeks ago on a 10 year old scope. They are evaluating it and will either replace or repair. Look up Bushnell Canada scope warranty and send it in insured Canada Post. Add a $10 cheque for shipping in with it and they will send you a post card with a warranty number to look up onnthe website for status.

Would have been nice to do over the counter 'cause I'm out a scope for a month or two.

I sent some back a couple of years ago without a receipt and they replaced them.

Very little issue as I recall. Make sure to follow the process they detail on their website.

I had good luck getting the repairs done. However it took them 5 months from the time Bushnell received them; and I was calling once every 6 weeks or so to get an update....NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY BUSHNELL......JUST SAYIN....

I am now a loyal Leupold fan; scopes, range finder and binoculars....
Good luck

Default Bushnell Warranty

Go to the website and find the contact information in Ontario. I had exactly the same problem. Mine were over 10 yrs old and they broke about 3 yrs ago. I had wrote them off and iwth the boy coming up and not wanting to spen a pile on new bino's i contacted them to find parts. I sent them in and 4 weeks later a new set of binos showed up at my door. Service was fantastic.
