Default Have Always Liked Trace Scope Repair

For Phil, repairing old scopes is about a LOT more than making money. He has a love for the old glass and keeping the old scopes in use. Saw this again in spades when I needed a scope cap for one turret on my 55 year old Weaver 3/4" fixed 4 power scope that is on my first gun, a 22RF Cooey model 39. Not only does he have a stock of these, he actually took the time to mail me a $3 part, actually sent 2 even though I only paid him for one. There is absolutely no money in it for him, his time is worth way more, but he does it anyhow. He really is a pleasure to deal with.

Harvey ran the company for years the same way, then Phil, his son in law continued his way of doing things

Last summer I got back my Weaver K2.5 El Paso back from Phil after a complete overhaul. Very very happy and well worth the wait.

Phil refurbished my Remington 20 XBR scope a couple of years back. The work was done in a timely fashion, and didn’t break the bank. I have a Unertl 10X that will be going his way this summer.
