****Badger HAWG*****
Well folks, me and my buddy tried badger for the first time last sunday, dident land a damn thing but my buddy landed ths beauty wally. It beats the one i landed out of mcgregor, ohwell! competition is on! haha
it read 10.2 on the scale, the pic of course doesnt do it justice, but regardless, still a nice fish.

yea i have hear there is walleye in there up to 15 pounds. We went just for the big pike everyone talks about but dident land any. I believe there is bigger walleye in there forsure!

unfortunate to see the stringer coming out for that walleye, as badger is a 0 limit for walleye.
it was a nice walleye though..

Assume that was C&R
.
I hate too see big fish like that hanging from their
lips instead of the stomach cradled ...but if you are going to eat them I guess it doesnt matter

Not trying to long-c any one here but the on-line regs show 3 walleye over 50 cm for Badger. Could you please point to the page where it shows 0 walleye for Badger as I'm going there this weekend.

If no specific mention of walleyes then general PP1 applies, 3 walleye over 50 cm. Right above the Badger listing, A and B and especially C for fish species not mentioned at a listed lake.

I too am not sure where I read about 0 limit on walleye on badger, could of sworn I read it somewhere. Maybe I just assumed cause of all the C&R lakes in AB.
anyways it definitely would fall under that general regs like you said unregistered user.

It doesnt say in the regs that there is a zero walleye limit but if you walk around the lake on shore you will find signs that say Walleye Limit 0 Kinda dumb if you ask me

Badger
Well its properly been a dozen years or more since I fished Badger, got blown off the Lake and had to ditch in a shallow bay on the east side and walk around to the launch site and get the truck to pull the boat out from the other side. A fellow that day was coming in at the same time we were heading out and he had a awesome pike that was easily 25# thats what convinced us to try even though the wind and waves were coming up. Guess were due to try again.
