I couldn't either...so I believed I was to "create a new account". I filled out that part and the system came back with a new WIN number. But then I checked my draw history and there wasn't any...very concerned about draw priorities now. Hopefully I will get some answers from them via email

I just spent 2hrs on the phone with a very nice lady from somewhere in the United States. She tried her best. Still can't log in. The system says that it doesn't have any information on me.

I logged on 2 days ago and i was able to view my account.

Now after the new launch of the site Nada. Hope they fix the issue soon.

I logged in just now, but I made it work, it generated a new win number.
I will be hopped.

I have been hunting for at least 38 years and have no hunter education certificate; I don’t know were it is. It would not let me proceed until I enter a certificate number. So I enter one?

If this isn’t corrected that one question will not let you be grandfathered.

I now have a new win number, but I believe my account will have issues.

If I wish to get an accurate win card it seems I must pay the fee again?

I logged in by going to MY ACCOUNT then following the steps to recover my account without entering the password. It verified old win drivers etc and i was able to log in. Currently under priorities just says "this is where they will be displayed" only info it has so far is my previous win renewals and replacement. Still getting updated but i did not have to create a new account to log in

I would just give it some more time, even once you are in there is nothing that can really be accomplished. Gonna take a few more days obviously for them to transfer all the info. Im sure there phone lines are gonna be busy will everyone calling them asking where there info is.

I'm of the modern age of computers and know how. I managed just fine. Make sure u don't add the - ( hyphen) in your drivers licence. My dads older then dirt and called me 3 times. I told him to call the hot line. Joking!!

Went thru what most of you are/did all because of the hyphen in the drivers license. Ended up with a new account and WIN number. Called in, talked to someone in the states, they got me all straightened out.

Please note, DO NOT put the hyphen in your drivers license in when you original sign in and verify your account. Works fine then. Priorities etc should all be on the system by March 26th as the information gets transferred over.

Couldn't get to square one. Called the help line (in the US!), and was told that not all old accounts have been transferred over yet, and it may take several days to do so. Check back in a few days, and call us again if you still can't get on. Typical roll out problems with a new computer system. Just better be up a running before draw time!!!

I made a call this morning, I have faith all will be good.
The drivers licence seems to be good information when retrieving the old information.

It appears you must re-register/re-activate your account again:

The following steps worked for me:

Step 1. Access https://www.albertarelm.com/createHF....do?intst=true
Step 2. Click on "Yes, I have gone sportfishing or hunting previously in Alberta."
Step 3. Enter your win and date of birth.
Step 4. If you entered your driving license in the old site you will be prompted to validate your account by entering the driving license. DO NOT ENTER hypen just digits from DL as it is mentioned above.

My daughter and I both Just tried to log in! Both rejected. Called to number on the website and they had us both up and running within 5 minutes.
You will want to check your's so you don't have a surprise the last few hours of the draw!!

I've just purchase and printed my Fishing Licence for 2014/2015 and paid for WIN licence.

Those two transactions are on the record but not much else.

I thought the same that it generated new WIN # but it was transaction # .
System kept history of me renewing WIN in '99, '04 and '09 so it looks like there were three different WIN #'s.
After I was able to get to my profile there it was my proper and only WIN#.
I hope all will be fine as somebody mentioned by March 24th.
And like I've posted earlier I was able to buy Fishing License and pay for WIN renewal that will expire in July.

did you try on line to register?, I tried a few times before I clued in (with help here) you have to click as a new sign in, or do the search thing, everything is there, except draw priorities , which according to their timeline will not be available until mid- April

I haven't tried online yet but I will be in the next day or so I was just kind of surprised that a retailer like canadian tire wasn't able to do anything for people wanting to get any kind of licence etc
