Default Boulder Creek Estates Langdon

Hello, My wife and I are looking at building a house in Boulder creek estates. There are currently two builders in that area. Does anyone have any information on the builders in that area? Perhaps there are some AO members that live out there which could provide some information on this area. Pros and cons.

Thank you

Not sure if they still have stinky water problems? It's only been 15 years since I have there.

I like it. Don't notice the water stink from the holding pond to the east anymore. Golf course OK, could use some more features. Easy access to the city. Langdon has grocery store now.

Always considered that the area for people who couldn't afford decent acreages. Bald headed prairie, windy about all the time, hotter than hell in the summer and colder than the last ice age in the winter. Good view of Saskatchewan and the Rockies though.
