So long story short Mine was approved {link below} and supposedly mailed out earlier this month and as we all know Identity theft is a real thing so was concerned about not receiving it.

I e/mailed the contact link with RCMP FAC dept and they just replied with a contact # 1 800 731 4000

I then phoned and Inquired and got this information.

The machine that prints the license is malfunctioning and its normal 2000 per day print capacity has been reduced to less than 1000 per day.

Currently they are 2-3 weeks behind so if you were approved on March 23 they are just printing that days approvals today.

No information given to what or if they were doing anything to remedy this situation.

So be warned and if yours is coming due submit your renewal way earlier than you would normally.
