Major gross out

We were camped out at Racehorse Creek Provincial Recreation Area the last few days. One 2 trucks from ________ waste management pulled in. The first was marked "potable water" and he backs into the outhouse. He proceeds to pull a hose and take it into the outhouse, he then sticks it into the toilet. Don't know why he was putting water into the outhouse tank. It just grossed me out, I've worked in the food hauling and processing for over 45 years and even in the plants they have different equipment for different areas so that there is no cross contamination. I just grossed me out. The 2nd truck was a suck truck but never did anything at the campground.
