Best skull guy in Alberta?
Who will do a perfect job on a black bear skull? I want no cracks, nasal bones intact etc. Does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks.

Thanks. Do you have contact information for them? All I can find is Facebook stuff and I have no clue how to navigate it.

Beetles for sure.
Had my wolf skull done with them years ago. Nasal bone detail is second to none.
My guy is west of Edmonton but I’m certain you could find someone closer to you.

I've used a guy in Calgary for beetles a couple times and he's been great to deal with, very reasonably priced too. PM for details if you want.

I think the degreasing operation is by far the most over looked part of the process. No matter how it was cleaned, without proper degreasing it will look bad a few months/years down the road. Just my $0.02

I brought my muskox to Danielle at Primal Skulls. I was able to chat and see her work and she does a great job.

Jason at Alberta Taxidermy in New Sarepta has done my Cougar, Wild Boar and two Moose so far for me. He uses Beatles and they have turned out perfectly. Cougar is about 10 years old and still the same as the day I picked it up.

Mostly true. Amazing how many guys think Dawn dish detergent is some kind of space age degreaser and that hair salon peroxide, a wand wash pressure baton, and boiling are the way to go.
