Sausage makers in Calgary

With the move to Chestermere recently I find myself with little sausage in the freezer,no time to make any and a garage that's a mess to say the least.
Spent the last 20 years in the Hat so between making my own I have used a few shops around there.
Best sausage would be a toss up between Douglas Meats and Premium Sausage.
Best Jalapeeno n Cheese smokie would be from Mikes Meats.
Reg's Deli makes good stuff too....Reggeronis and his variety of smokies.

Now if anyone who has tasted stuff from these places could recommend a shop in Calgary that makes stuff similar that would be great.

Anyone who has a shop that makes a great sausage and/or jalapeeno n cheese smokie the info would be appreciated too....
Sorta like to keep it east Calgary too.

I think Paolini's Sausage and Meat makes some very tasty sausage. They're in the SE (403) 252-9000
