Default whats a good shop in edmonton to take a deer to

whats a good place to take a deer to...... one that also debones..... i know its not hard but i dont want to waste any meat trying to learn how. forgot to put my supplemental tag in my hunting bag so i had to tag a small deer with my general tag........ that really sucks....

Sandy view farms. Their jerky is amazing!!! But its pricey..

all im planning on getting is some pepperoni....... what % of pork is roughly added in with deer sausage

50% is a common amount of pork to be added. Real good with 50%

I would say aleast 30%

butchers bus in Sherwood Park has awesome pepperoni and sausage. Jerky is good but sausage is simply outstanding

We've always done 50% pork however we had to switch butchers and he generally does a 60 venison 40 pork mix however we get him to do a 50/50 mix.

I've never tried different mix ratio's, not sure what they taste like or if I'd prefer them more, but a 50/50 mix gives more meat than a 60/40 pork mix.

K&K Food Mart in Ritchie makes AWESOME sausage!! Meat has to be deboned, and there can be quite a wait, but it's worth it!!
