yup, caught lots out of a trout lake up here that is infested with perch....and really large trout that eat them! Full sink trolling really small muddlers and small leach patterns...

Default On the right day

Anything that floats. I was at a wedding in Ontario and we ended up in a fishing contest. The first fish wins type of thing, I caught 15 perch/bluegills in about 10 mins.

I think I used a home made "mosquito".

They are easy to catch and take readily.

You betcha.

I find castin shallow and working slowing back out to deeper water letting the fly stay close to bottom. Also a corkie methods works...with a twitch, twitch motion. They like movement.
