Sounds like a waste of scotch. Unless it's a blend instead of a proper single malt. Then it's ok.

For this series I predict McDavid won’t win this for the Oilers.

Who will win this for the Oilers is if their 3rd and 4th lines play their arses off and play better than they ever have.

It’s going to won or lost based upon them.

Fingers crossed

The map shows where the Oilers has strong support. Looks pretty orange.
For that map to be accurate, there would have to be little circles over Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.

There is one exceptional blended whisky, but pretty sure it's not what Sundance blew out his nose...

The cheaper the scotch the better the sinuses are afterwards.

Rob comes across as a petty sore loser from the Vancouver area. He does have 300 plus followers so he must be very popular.

It was just a perspective I tend to agree with was all.

Many fans of a team not in the playoffs agree too.

Then there are those that are just happy with a Canadian team in the finals which is also ok.

Couple takeaways from game one....
We have a better team.
They have a better goalie.
We'll see which one's more important at the end of the series.

Go OIL!!!!!

The shots on goal were 7-6 in the third. The big boys for Edmonton played 8-10 minutes more than the “second line”. Florida also didn’t play as good as they can. Perhaps, neither did Edmonton.

With Skinner being pulled, McDavid and Bouchard almost had more TOI. I kid, but wow, both McDavid and Bouchard were over 25 minutes.

I think it was Ferraro (maybe the other voice) who said something along the lines that “the Oilers are now playing all their strength on the first line every chance they get and have no depth left elsewhere”.

Edit: and that was in the third, when the shots were even.

Not the end of the world, adjustments will have to be made, the PP will break through just like in the Dallas series, only so long you can shut them down. Good fast game, Bob stole one which your goalie has to do, on to game 2
