Not nearly as much as they forecast which was 20mm + but we only got 8mm according to my gauge. some fine drizzle lingering off and on yet this morning but supposed to clear off by noon.
We are good as we have had just under 6" this spring since the last week of April

The Weather Network forecasted 100% chance of rain for the Father's Day Weekend and 100% again for today. Didn't get anything on Father's Day and doesn't look like we'll get much today. We are desperately dry in West Central AB.

Nice soaker started about 7:00 last night...not real heavy but fairly steady till around 6:30 am.
Used all the water in my rain barrel for plants and she's full again.

Very disappointing "rainfall warnings" to say the least. Seems a shower is now a rainfall warning.
Hay is looking poor at best here. Not spending a lot of time cutting lawn lately.

The Weather Guessers???
It's been an odd day. Coming down good in some places and nothing in others this morning. This afternoon it's been coming steady.

Was at home as well. MUCH needed rain out here. Might just have to fire up the lawn tractor once again, hasn't been getting much use as of late

2.3 inch's in the last 24 hours. 3.9 inch's since Sunday morning, West of the border on 13. Unbelievable how it has changed around here since the sow left. Went from folks selling cows cause it was soooo dry to grass past their bellies.

I have been able to get around the province in the last couple weeks. It’s amazing how green it is all over. Usually get into some real dry stuff. I understand some areas are still on the dryer end but if everyone can get their hay crop up there will be hay and lots of it.

Half of what was expected
In Sylvan I got 16mm last night which was about half of what was predicted. Grass is sooo green after the fertilizer (20-10-10) The previous application of the OLD (long expired) Par lll started killing dandelions, thistles and clover within 2 days.

2 1/4" yesterday. Couldn't have timed it any better ahead of the long weekend.

Calgary has been bone dry for a while. Grass is now going dormant fast.
Maybe today we will move to Stage 2.

West of the Sask border 25 miles and 240 miles North of the US border. Not everyone is getting it but it sure feels good when your number comes up.

1.75" at Alhambra on Wednesday. It's too late for most crops but might help my corn and will definitely help the pasture and forests.
