$20-25 is fair in my opinion, $30 seems a little high but if that’s what they get in your area then I guess that’s what you pay.
$10 each for the local ranch hand likely doesn’t happen too often these days with the popularity of social media and the fact you can’t bull **** them into thinking that’s good money these days.
Regardless almost anybody is going to get the most they absolutely can for the job they’re doing. Certainly can’t blame them.
