Redding Comp seaters

and Redding Comp bushing neck dies are very similar to the Forster BR as all use a sliding chamber to positively align the case and bullet.
(not your typical 'hunter class' NK die).

(PS, my recommendation is a Forster BR or Redding Comp seater, with a Lee Collet Neck die (which also has a sliding case alignment system), and Redding body die & Comp shell holder set.)

Good Luck, YMMV.
Have or have had all the above, along with some Whidden's.Even the Hornady seater dies do a adequate job. It's the sizing die that controls the runout, then the seaters can do their job.
But this takes it off the rail from the OP of Arbor press's.
Thanks for the suggestions though.
