Unfortunately you did not recieve the product that you ordered in the first place....I would of preffered the big buddy but if I get it free like some others have on here, I guess I could live with it...
So, after 40 minutes on the phone I keep the heater and get a $30.00 creit on my account....Still a really good deal but was looking forward to the Big Buddy...LOL
