I tried several different brands of neoprene gloves and I've never found a pair that worked for me. I find them cold, wet, and awkward to wear.

Then I found these guys - https://www.kastgear.com/gloves.html

I have a pair of the Steelhead gloves that I wear when it's cold and raining and I really like them. They're warm, 100% waterproof (you can put your hand right in the water to land a fish and not get wet), and they still have very good dexterity and feel.

They only downside is they can kinda tricky to get on and off if your hands are damp because the liner bunches up a bit.

Overall, they're great gloves though, I'm very happy with them.
