I hate to say this, but as long as the FN are treated as a higher class citizens the more of this we will see.
I have seen some shady deals struck with some individuals on the kitimat LNG project. A guy said he would block it unless he gets the contract for all security work there. And he sure did get it.
All they want is money. And no one called them out when they said no to transmountain then turned around and wanted to buy it.
