Good call YS! I've also been powering through a bottle of the Aberlour 12, and an Irish whiskey I've been loving, Teeling Single Malt. I'm actually just on the way out the door to our annual Quarter Cask Club Whisky Event, should be a gooder! I will report back the results, probably tomorrow though. I know for sure that the new Highland Park High Volume is on the list, as my son is bringing it and he and I have, ahem,
sampled it a bit already. It's fantastic, no sherry finish, just good old white oak bourbon ex casks, and it is realllly nice.
Anyway, look forward to the reporting tomorrow. I think.
