I have a 17 hornet, and a 20 tactical, which basically duplicates 204r ballistics. The 20 is a much better coyote round , but it heats up quickly during high volume shooting, such as when shooting ground squirrels. The 17 hornet burns half the powder, and the barrel requires far less cooling time, so I can shoot with one rifle, rather than having to rotate rifles like a friend of mine, who always has at least two 223rifles with him.
