I filled mine with shrink wrap that I got from local big box stores after they've finished stocking their shelves off their pallets. Just asked them to keep some for me. They were more than happy to help out. Works great. Stops even my Victory VAPS no problem. Arrows are easy to pull out and I don't have to worry about mildew or rot.
