I keep telling ya...
Deer, elk, moose fat are typically tasty.
The issue for most is the tallowy residue stuck on the roof of your mouth.
Can't say I like that much either.
A kid was told it's no good, cut it off.
And he told two who told two....
Now most say it tastes bad, yet they've never tried it.
The new fad is to trim all the "Silverskin" off cause it tastes bad....
Ugh.
