Dont abandon ship on this one , I agree with what you said .. Yes it's a kind and noble gesture that elkhunter 11 is doing but there is also the other entitled side of the picture . A number of questions come to mind , such as is this gonna be the only chance the boy has to hunt mule deer ? Nothing wrong with having him learn the patience of having to wait , he may even appreciate the hunt more .As for smoking a booner right out of the gate , thats definitely a mistake as it makes everything else a lesser accomplishment .
Im not gonna take sides on this one as I see what both parties are saying but sometimes kids have it a little too easy in this day and age . Elk you are to be commended for your graciousness .
