I just use a peep as well. I pull back, aim and stuff falls over. Works well for me. Using a smaller peep and lighted pins works for me to be as accurate as possible (I only use the lights when light conditions are very low or I am in a ground blind). I find that the larger peeps can make me a little inconsistent as well.
