I think that you should save your money a little while longer and buy a bow later this year, or early next year. That way you have lots of time to practice, become accurate, and learn your limits before next years archery season. I may have misunderstood your post, but to me, it sounds like you plan on buying a bow and heading out hunting right away. Without any prior experience with a bow.
