I checked with Normanrd's suggestion of the pro ears. I actually called them because in there advertised specs they did not have the NRR. They suggested for the application these-http://www.proears.com/Pro-Ears-Shooting-Hearing-Ear-Protection-Predator-Gold
The lady I spoke to claimed the NRR is 26. I don't want to let price dictate what I buy with hearing protection but they are listed on site as 339.00 . I am sure there are better prices out there but first I want to make sure I am getting good value for the money. I checked reviews and the big negative was the price. That said the only buyers remorse I get with buying outdoor gear is when I do let price dictate what I buy.
