We get what we deserve, including governments who punish the successful who contribute to our economy, and reward those that don't.

You don't have to like the man, and debating his policies and skills is fair game, but don't follow the American experience of attacking his character, ridicule and personal smearing. Why can't we follow one of our Canadian adages that (used to) set us apart from our southern neighbours; "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" ?

Can't we take a higher road, and resist the temptation to insult and divide?
I agree to an extent, but there is no place for politeness when your country is being destroyed from within.
