From a blank sheet of paper they can build for it. Just build an extra lane or two at the station and buy a slightly bigger lot, it ain’t rocket surgery. I can see how it would be challenging to retrofit at exiting stores & stations, but at a fresh build it’s just a tiny bit more planning.
