My son is 14. He has been out before but he's now 14. A couple of years ago he was happy and excited to go out. My dad even built him a rod. But now, get him off of the computer or X Box. Just that age.
He can cast, but he is most definitely out of practice right now. We live beside a big field so I'll see if I can get him out there for a little bit. He just found out his step brother fly fishes as well so he wants to out with him. We'll be trying to organize a day trip with the four of us to head out and do very much the same thing we did yesterday, just with one more person.
